On Thursday, November 6, the presentation of original Beykush wines and the Al Faro menu took place.Among the connoisseurs of both Ukrainian wines and Italian gastronomy were journalists, sommeliers, bloggers, food critics and regular guests of our restaurant. During the presentation, 6 servings of dishes were organized. These dishes revealed different and sophisticated flavor combinations.For example, Chardonnay Riesling 2012 was served with tuna tartar, pickles and capers, and Beykush White - with warm salad made of grilled beef, arugula, cherry tomatoes and sun dried tomatoes.The visitors were also able to enjoy one of the most popular dishes of seasonal menu - pumpkin cream soup, which was served in a miniature pumpkin.
The following combination was one of the most popular among the guests: the magnificent duo of Beykush Rose 2012 and tortelli with rabbit in mushroom sauce.The fifth serving amazed everybody with Red Artaniya 2012 and focaccia with Porchetta.The harmonic combination of Red Beykush 2012 and tagliatto with arugula and Parmesan completed the evening's program. It was warm and joyful, as it should be in the Italian restaurant. There was plenty of opinions and emotions - and it means: we did it! We would like to remind that Beykush wines are also included into the Al Faro wine list.
