The Al Faro chef once again proved his skill in working with local, seasonal ingredients and presented a harmonious and multifaceted autumn menu.For those who are fond of light antipasti we offer the bruschetta trio and beet carpaccio, served with goat cheese and Philadelphia mousse, truffle paste and anchovies.Of course, not a single autumn menu is possible without pumpkins.For example, what do you think about baked pumpkin, eggplants and sweet pepper salad inTapenade sauce?And one of the highlights of this season is pumpkin soup served in miniature pumpkins.
